McLaughlin Research Corporation SENIOR TRAINING SPECIALIST ST3-GM in Dahlgren, Virginia

McLaughlin Research Corporation has an opening for a Training Specialist pending contract award at the Naval Surface Warfare Dahlgren Division in Dahlgren Virginia.NSWCDD conducts advance research in all systems-related areas and pursues scientific disciplines including physics, mathematics, directed energy and digital engineering, modeling and simulation, software, mechanical, electrical and systems engineering, to name a few.

Responsibilities:

Training specialists conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers. Planning and program development is an important part of the training specialists job. In order to identify and assess training needs, trainers research all problems. The goal of training is to help employees develop new skills and enhance productivity while improving the quality of work. Training specialists set up teaching materials and lesson plans prior to the class. They also involve the class and issue completion certificates at the end of the class.

Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance

Master's level degree in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline.

10 years professional experience in curriculum development.
