Construction Restoration Company now seeking hard-working, experienced Carpenters, eager to expand their knowledge and begin or continue a career in the field of restoration! You will work alongside other experienced tradesmen to restore residential single-family homes; to include, townhomes, single residence spaces, and apartment complexes. From demolition and debris removal to the finished product; including, trim and finish work, drywall, flooring and more, this is a one stop restoration shop! As a Carpenter your duties may include but are not limited to: Framing Demolition Proper & Safe Usage of Hand tools and Power tools Hauling of material and tool Site clean up Follow safety guidelines while on job sites or working in a shop Window Installation Door Installation Cabinet Installation Flooring Installation Installation of interior trim, base, casing, crown molding, etc. Operate hand and power tools Finish/Trim work of millwork Installation, taping, mudding and sanding of drywall Painting, staining, varnishing of millwork Ability to adequately complete daily tasks on own after receiving training Willingness to learn and advance Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
