JOB TITLE: Site Supervisor DUTIES: Manage and supervise multimillion-dollar renewal energy project sites. Ensure adherence to location-specific health and safety standards, ensuring that on-site teams always follow best practices. Enforce safety compliance and serve as the point person for all safety-related questions. Maintain project schedules to ensure work progresses as planned. Coordinate and direct crew members, subcontractors, and vendors related to all on-site activities including construction, installation, deliveries, and safety measures. Conduct on-site assessments to verify quality of work and conformity with plans and specifications on a daily basis. Effectively communicate with clients, building tenants, subcontractors, and technicians, cultivating positive relationships. Identify and resolve challenges, often in partnership with the Construction Project Engineer. Mediate among multiple stakeholders to ensure resolution of any potential conflicts or challenges. Represent the Construction Project Engineer when they are unable to be on-site. This position requires only little domestic travel. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's (or foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering, Technical Management, Construction Management, or related field and Two (2) years of experience in Role offered or similar supervisory role in the construction industry. Special Skills: Experience* to include:

• Two (2) years of experience as site supervisor for renewable energy construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/mechanical plans and construction documents.
• Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Experience in rigging and handling, and HVAC and energy efficiency components.
