Responsibilities

SPA has an immediate need for a highly qualified signals intelligence (SIGINT) analyst to support SpOC's Delta 3, ISR Provisional (ISR-P) by providing senior level interface with USSF divisions to coordinate intelligence related actions between organizations. The contractor shall provide technical expertise/advice to senior leadership on FISINT analysis and production to include system development, refinement and execution of Indications & Warning (I&W): developing and maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP), and products associated with other operational intelligence to support USSF. The contractor shall attend technical exchange meeting, intelligence support working group and other meetin Duties: Provide technical and programmatic support to the government leads Receive, track, and respond to formal tasks prioritized by the ISR-P government lead. Provide status updates to government leads Maintain technical proficiency via in-house or other intelligence training programs Provide inputs for the Monthly Status Report; provide update to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as required Work with community experts to obtain status updates for the ISR-P tracker database; attend working groups and provide status update briefs as required Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead and execute projects and out brief results to senior leadership Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, oral presentation and executive writing skills At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain the top talent. Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, plus 5-10 yrs. applicable experience (experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree) Service or IC direct SIGINT experience Experience supporting USSF, SpOC, DoD or NRO space systems
