The ideal candidate will have with 7+ years\' experience handling commercial litigation matters in a law firm setting. No portable book of business is required, however, they are thinking long term succession planning so an entreprenurial mindset is a plus! Additonally, this firm offers fantastic resources such as business development mentorship / training and an excellent marketing team.

This is a true generalist litigation position. Matters at the firm include commercial litigation (including breach of contract, shareholder / partner disputes, professional negligence), real estate, UCC disputes, construction, and product liability.
