Responsibilities

ADVANCED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Install Experience- Hand-on experience installing standard commercial cabinetry and millwork products

such as, but not limited to, base cabinets, upper cabinets, wall cabinets, fillers/scribes, toe kicks, and

countertops, etc., straight-run crown, floor base, shoe mold, and simple architectural trim elements, etc.

• Tools- Possesses the tools and equipment to perform standard installation work.

• Install Drawings- The ability to read and understand architectural plans and/or shop drawings in terms of

organizing an approach to accomplish a successful installation project.

• Problem Solving- Anticipates and solves typical installation issues with little or no supervision.

• Independent Work- Can successfully work independently with little or no supervision.

• Track Record- Recognized by peers, supervisors, and managers as having a proven history over a sustained

period of consistently meeting Install Associate Level II performance expectations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
