Req# 28481 Aultman Health Foundation, CANTON, OH AULTMAN HEALTH FOUNDATION Aultman Health Foundation Full Time, Day Shift, 7a - 4p PURPOSE OF POSITION Develop, test, implement, and support IBM-Mainframe-based computer application systems integrated with information systems of varying hardware platforms. Meet with users and IT staff to determine project needs, analyze sets of operational processes, and engineer computer applications to generate expected informational results. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Analysis and application programming Knowledge of Microsoft Access & Office products(Excel, Word, etc) Effective oral and written communication skills Must be team-oriented and work well with others Assure accurate program documentation Demonstrate knowledge of integration and interfacing across applications Effectively work with users to understand problem and recognize and define needs / problems Participation in 24x7 support rotation and associated ability to distinguish critical needs/problems from less urgent ones Follow through from analysis to problem resolution, modifying software as necessary Job Requirements A collegiate Associate's degree is preferred and a minimum of 24 months of relevant experience. Technical expertise in Cobol, CICS, ADSPLUS, VSAM, z/OS JCL, and associated support tools. Expertise in supporting and enhancing the McKesson Health Quest products (Patient Accounting, Patient Management, and Medical Records) Integration experience in a multi-platform environment using real time HL7 interfaces and ANSI 4010/5010 transaction sets are highly desired.
