Description We are offering a role in the Real Estate & Property industry located in Brooklyn, New York. This job function is for an HR Generalist, providing a unique opportunity in the field of HR within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the recruitment process, from the initial screening to the final selection of candidates.

• Managing and updating HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, and sick leaves.

• Assisting in the development of compensation strategies and administering employee benefits.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitating communication and resolving disputes between employees.

• Utilizing HRMS and other software to optimize HR operations.

• Working with ADP for financial services and workforce management.

• Implementing and managing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer within the company.

• Administering Ceridian software for HR tasks and operations.

• Managing employee relations and creating a conducive work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Understanding of Compliance requirements in the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proven track record in Employee Relations

• HR Generalist experience in the Real Estate & Property industry

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
