We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA regulations).

• Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure product conformance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance matters, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.

• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
