ManpowerGroup Executive Assistant IV in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will utilize your expert knowledge of general and technical aspects of the job to tackle highly complex assignments, demonstrating strong independent judgement, initiative, and technical expertise to resolve problems.

Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant IV

Location: Boise, Idaho On-site

Pay Range: $44.20/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees.

  • Schedule executive appointments and meetings, manage calendars and handle telephone calls for upper-level executives.

  • Coordinate administrative work within the department, collaborating with other departments, and divisions.

  • Maintain key records, compile data for reports, and assist with administrative tasks associated with the budget process.

  • Mentor and lead the deeral administrative staff of the department.

What’s Needed?

  • High school education or equivalent; college-level education highly preferred

  • Minimum of 9+ years of general administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and college-level education.

  • Advanced administrative skills/knowledge required at an upper executive level

  • Ability to work with multiple issues/projects and support multiple executives.
