As a Carpenter, you will work alongside experienced carpentry installers and learn valuable skills in custom closets, garages, pantries, offices, mudrooms, and more! We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are currently searching for a Carpenter to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation with potential earnings from $20/hr up to $45/hr (potential earnings as a lead installer under commission) The Junior Installer will: * Assist experienced installers in various custom construction projects * Follow instructions and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently * Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively * Assist with the fabrication and installation on a consistent basis * Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are complete on time and to high standards * Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: * Previous experience or education in carpentry is required * Knowledge of construction tools and techniques * Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work * Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required * Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges * Valid driver's license is required Benefits * Health * Vision * Dental * PTO * Life * 401k Match Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18 - $23 per hour
