Description

Robert Half is seeking a meticulous and organized Contracts Administrator to join a growing corporation in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. The Contracts Administrator will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various contracts, as well as maintaining accurate records and providing support to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and procurement contracts.

  • Ensure contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders to address any legal or contractual issues.

  • Maintain the contracts database and track renewals.

  • Facilitate contract approvals and signatures.

  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.

  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, including legal, financial, and operational risks.

  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including legal, finance, procurement, and business operations.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance on contract matters.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or paralegal certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience (3 years) in contract administration, contract management, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and contract negotiation principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise contractual documents.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
