Task Order Manager

The TO Manager oversees daily activities in the performance of one or more task orders.

Education & Experience:

  • A Secret level security clearance

  • Business proficiency in the English language

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience; (advanced degree and/or PMP preferred)

  • Experience supporting large worldwide programs or managing large task orders, including leading diverse teams to foster customer service, innovative solutions, risk management and proactive communication

  • Worldwide experience supporting contracts greater than $50M

  • Experience supporting contracts across multiple time zones

  • Experience working with non-US citizens (local nationals, 3rd country nationals)

  • Experience working overseas desired

  • Experience using a variety of office software, including: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Share Point, and MS Outlook

  • Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Superior organizational skills and work ethic

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams

Responsible for:

  • Serves as country manager for one or more countries per task order

  • On site performance and execution of TO activities in according with contract requirements

  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions to mitigate

  • Managing resources across the task order(s)

  • Meeting or exceeding performance requirements for assigned task order(s)

  • Performing schedule and cost reporting

  • Drafting and submitting standard reports and task order status (weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad-hoc reports (incident reports, etc.)

  • Serves as primary POC to the COR and/or GTM for the assigned task order(s).

  • Supporting program management reviews and technical meetings

  • Attending bi-weekly meetings and quarterly IPRs in-person or digitally

  • Oversees performance and quality and initiates corrective actions as necessary

  • Assigns on-site managers and local staff and resources

  • Managing hiring and onboarding for local national and 3rd country national personnel to support task order requirements

  • Working with local authorities to comply with relevant laws and guidelines

  • Overseeing daily interactions with local applicants and local authorities and maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Management of local vendors and service providers

  • Traveling to CONUS and OCONUS sites on a periodic basis

  • Manages on-site managers and monitors team’s performance to requirements

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding of and familiarity with visa acquisition processes, laws, and regulations
