Regional Executive

The Regional Executive provides management oversight and resources to multiple task orders in the assigned geographic region (single or multi-country).

Education & Experience:

  • A Secret level security clearance

  • A high level of proficiency in the English language

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience; advanced degree and/or PMP preferred

  • Experience supporting large worldwide programs, including leading diverse teams to foster customer service, innovative solutions, risk management and proactive communication

  • Worldwide experience supporting contracts greater than $50M

  • Experience supporting contracts across multiple time zones

  • Experience working with non-US citizens (local nationals, 3rd country nationals)

  • Experience working overseas desired

  • Experience using a variety of office software, including: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Share Point, and MS Outlook

  • Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Superior organizational skills and work ethic

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams

Responsible for:

  • Overseeing Task Order Managers in the performance and execution of TO activities

  • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions to mitigate

  • Managing resources across task order(s)

  • Coordinating interdependencies and resources between task order(s)

  • Performing schedule and cost reporting

  • Drafting and submitting standard reports and program status (weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad-hoc reports (incident reports, etc.)

  • Attending bi-weekly meetings and quarterly IPRs in-person or digitally

  • Providing regular briefings to DOS and local authorities

  • Supporting program management reviews and technical meetings

  • Traveling to CONUS and OCONUS sites on a periodic basis

  • Monitoring daily performance metrics and initiating corrective actions as needed

  • Reporting region’s progress to PM

  • Conducting routine site visits to inspect quality, performance, and customer satisfaction

  • Acting as escalation point to resolve customer issues or complaints

  • Serving as the region’s single point of contact for Government

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Understanding of and familiarity with visa acquisition processes, laws, and regulation
