IT Manager

The IT Manager works with the customer and local authorities to understand their technology issues and devise solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Secret level security clearance

  • A high level of proficiency in the English language

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

  • Ten (10) years of progressive experience managing the implementation, execution, and oversight of IT programs similar in size, scope and complexity of this contract

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • CISSP Required

  • PMP preferred

  • Worldwide experience supporting contracts greater than $50M desired

  • Experience working with non-US citizens (local nationals, 3rd country nationals)

  • Experience working overseas desired

  • Experience working with and connecting international systems and applications to US systems and applications and tailoring to local and national variances in regulations and technologies

  • Experience achieving and supporting accredited environments such as FISMA and FedRamp.

  • Solid understanding of the NIST SP 800 publications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advising and assisting Government customers regarding the IT aspects of the Contractor’s solution at both the IDIQ and Task Order levels

  • Ensuring that systems performance requirements are upheld during contract performance

  • Resolving issues related to systems performance, migration, and reporting

  • Managing any future migration of systems services to Government systems

  • Adhering to IT systems security, to include but not limited to the Government and customer’s Cloud Computing policy and data integrity requirements

  • Attending meetings and conferences in-person or digitally, with the full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor, including personnel management oversight and contract authority

  • Drafting and submitting standard reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad-hoc reports (incident reports, etc.) to customer

  • Accurately implementing requested changes to location-specific web site information in English and appropriate languages per contract requirements

  • Providing training on Contractor’s technology solution, to include but not limited to online reporting tools, the dynamic dashboard solution, any upgrades to the Contractor’s IT solution, and the extraction of data reports for person-centric disposition of fees, appointments, and document delivery, as well as mechanisms to forecast production

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Managing deployed IT systems

  • Establishing, monitoring and maintaining compliance with IT security and information assurance requirements (i.e. FISMA, FIPS, FEDRAMP,NIST, ITAR)

  • Experience managing systems that process Controlled Unclassified Information / Sensitive But Unclassified (CUI/SBU)

  • Staying current with technology and trends

  • Briefing IT trends to senior leadership and Government

  • Monitoring system issues, identifying problematic areas, and monitoring resolution

  • Attending meetings and opening communications with system staff

  • Facilitating technology meetings with PM and management team to align customer needs with system ability

Knowledge & Skills:

  • IT generalist

  • Cloud environment tenant management

  • Microsoft server administration and architecture

  • SQL server (?) administration

  • Vulnerability management

  • Cyber Incident Response

  • Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC)

  • Customer support

  • Systems engineering

  • Information Security practices in cloud based environments

  • FISMA compliance

  • Risk Management Framework (RMF)
