Amazon Analyst, Global Service Compliance in Arlington, Virginia

Description

We are seeking a stellar Analyst to join the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team supporting Amazon’s Project Kuiper. Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key job responsibilities

As an Analyst for Kuiper GSC, you will maintain up-to-date information regarding multiple ISP compliance subject matter areas. You will use this knowledge to perform testing and monitoring of various assigned processes and data. You will meet any assigned key performance indicators for testing and quality reviews. You will collaborate with peers to enhance controls and testing as appropriate. You will support dashboards that provide visibility to testing results and monitoring for various stakeholders and leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience testing controls

  • 3+ years of experience maintaining and updating control documentation

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in communications industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
