In the role of Site Operations Manager, you will direct and coordinate all phases of production through direct supervision and in coordination with supporting organizations. You'll have the opportunity to develop and support personnel to achieve strategic goals. This position contributes to our vision by:

• Coordinate and provide general direction of all manufacturing operations;

• Motivate and lead staff in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling to ensure that desired results are achieved in day-to-day operations and in meeting mid-to long term strategic goals;

• Integrate quality control methods into the manufacturing processes in cooperation with the Quality Control Manager;

• Develop and implement LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives;

• Define and implement change to improve processes and financial results;

• Coordinate process improvement activities with Safran + Manager;

• Identify trends and events regarding key measurements using statistical tools;

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational results within the framework of the financial budget;

• Interface with Engineering, Quality and Production Control to effectively start-up new programs;

• Routinely prepare and conduct periodical program reviews with customers;

• Maintain customer satisfaction through constant communication of quality, delivery and service;

• Administer programs to ensure employee safety and compliance with all OSHA requirements;

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five years minimum related experience.And/or equivalent combination of work and experience.

Knowledge/Skills

• Demonstrated, effective interpersonal skills are required – Expert

• Broad knowledge of company policies, employment law and labor relations – Advanced

• Must possess skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project – Advanced

• Knowledge of Production Scheduling - Advanced

• Knowledge of financial activities: Sales, Inventories, EBIT, Cash, Provisions, etc. - Basic

Must obtain certification by the internal training department for each assembly process performed on the program.
