Supervises Computer System Analysts. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. PTO tracking and approval and client notification, including back up plan to mitigate operational impact. Operations KPIs tracking including Items Aging, Response and Restore time. Optimization, Improvements, and efficiencies identification/execution. Risk Management.
